DDA Housing Scheme 2017 Draw Live Steaming at webcast.gov.in/dda
Delhi Development Authority (DDA) has announced the DDA Housing Scheme 2017 Draw date. The DDA will hold on November 30, 2017. Earlier the draw date was in October but the draw is finally held on 30 November.
This year DDA is offering 12,000 flats while more than 46,000 people applied for the Housing scheme 2017. This year DDA sold 90,000 forms for 12,000 flats while 46,182 people applied.
The draw will be held under the supervision of retired Justice SN Aggarwal, Kolin Paul Department of Computer Science and Engineering IIT, Delhi, Deputy Director General National Information Centre Delhi Mr. Vishnu Chandra. The DDA Housing Scheme 2017 Draw will hold at DDA headquarters at 11 AM.
This year DDA offering 12617 flats, out of these 11757 lower-income group (LIG) flats, 403 middle-income group (MIG), 372 Janta and 85 higher income group (HIG) flats are included. The cost of the flats is starting from Rs 7 lakh and highest price of the flat is 1.26 crore. These flats are located between across the city such as Paschim Vihar, Jasola, Rohini, Dwarka, Narela, Pitampura, Vasant Kunj and Sirsalpur. Most of the flats were surrendered in the previous year due to lack of civic facility and small size is included in the scheme.

DDA has made live streaming facility of the DDA Housing Scheme 2017 Draw in this year. The general public can view the draw live telecast through the http://webcast.gov.in/dda web portal. People may also visit DDA headquarters Vikas Sadan on 30 November at 11 PM to view the screening the draw. DDA official takes the steps for transparency in the Draw.
Flats will be handed over demand-cum-allotment letters within a month. Allottees have to make payment within three months of allotment letters.
DDA already announced 20,000 flats in the neat year. The flats will be located in this location such as Narela, Rohini, Vasat Kunj, Dwarka and Jasola. These flats is under construction and DDA will complete the flats By Maarc 2018.
