Online Mode

1 First, visit the official site(e-nagarsewaup.govt.in/ulbapp)

2 After completing registration an ID and Password will be sent to your valid and registered mobile number.

3 Login, with the help of the ID and Password for filling the detail pertaining to deceased.

4 Once your form submit than a conforming SMS will send to your mobile number.

 Applying through CSC( Citizen Service Center)

1 Citizen Service Center(CSC) is authorized by Nagar Nigam and operated under the influence of government. its intention to provide all types of guideline related to registration and filling the form.

2 If the application is submitted a message will be sent to the registered mobile number.

3 For collecting registration fee and amount, there is the separate account which maintained through CSC’s after then this amount submitted to the Nagar Nigam.
