How to Apply for Uttar Pradesh Domicile?
The online application is convenient way apply for domicile apart from offline mode also available for applies and they can choose any mode for applying domicile.
Step for UP Online Registration
1 Go to the government’s official website UP Online
2 Then start registration as see below image.
3 After complete registration, an ID and password will be sent to your registered mobile number by the official site.
4 Login with Id and Password
5 After Login A new page will show on your screen.
6 There you have to click Service “सेवा चुने”
7 Then choose option “निवास प्रमाण पत्र”
8 After that, An another page will open look like below.
9 Fill this form with wary so that mistakes can be avoided. While filling form there is no need any negligence.
1 After filled above form, Choose Option No.14.
2 Here Click ” चुने “.
3 Upload tandemly all Document here.
4 Finally, after the submission of the application form, you will have to make payment of Rs. 30/- a fixed processing fees.
1 Applying for offline mode you carry your required document in original form in spite of copies also necessary
2 For verification submit your document to magistrate office/ tehsil/court in your district
3 After verification, your offline submission has been approved.
Required Document for Apply Uttar Pradesh Domicile
1 Aadhar card
2 Pan card( Income tax)
3 Driving license
3 Electricity bill
4 Some passport size photos as required
5. Inter and matriculation education certificate
6 House tax/water tax
7 Ration Card
8 All Document should be attested by Gazetted Officer (Chairman, Gram Panchayat/Chairman, Nagar Panchayat)
NOTE:- There is only valid individual domicile for the individual state if any person applies domicile more than one state, that’s a punishable offense.
How to download UP Domicile Certificate
1 Go to menu page of UP Online official website
2 Choose Option “निस्तारित आवेदन”
3 Fill Registration No. here and Download Your Domicile Certificate.
Note: After the completion of the whole process, your request will be completed within one week. During the application processing days, you can also check your application status.
